In choosing a word to summarize the past couple of days, only one comes to mind: Gangbusters! On Thursday, the remainder of the Superior Walls were set for 706-714, 4 of the modular boxes shipped out and the remaining homes are quickly getting their finishing touches. On Friday, the crane left (a much bigger one will arrive on Tuesday) sealants were applied to the Superior Walls and sill plates started being laid out.
Next weeks modular set will be 10 months in the making and our excitement can hardly be contained. Stayed tuned for photos as the modulars make the turn onto little Bancroft Street and get set. Better yet, come on down and see for yourself.
