After a couple short weeks due to the Holidays (and snow), work is back in full force. Today, 16 workers were on-site tackling a myriad of jobs. The pre-fabricated foundation wall system for 715 S. Bancroft are now in, parapet walls are installed on 706-712, rear sliding doors are starting to make an appearance, some between floor HVAC connections were done and basement slab prep continued. Tomorrow, our two specialty homes (Bmajor and 715 S. Bancroft) will be set! Here are some pics from around the site today:
