2/15 Update

It’s a beehive here again today with 20+ sub-contractors onsite doing everything from laying brick, setting HardiePanel or hose bibs. With last month’s weather a distant memory (here’s hoping), we are plowing ahead at warp speed. If all goes to plan, 706-714 will be completely bricked and the rears paneled by the end of this week. HardiePanel is a fiber cement exterior rain screen system that virtually maintenance free.

In addition, we’ve successfully water tested the sold units, run conduit for the underground utilities into the bike storages, cutout and inserted the 6″ input/exhaust pipes for the HRV’s and continued to work on electrical rough-ins for the lower levels. All this had to be done by today so we can have the entire interior areas surrounding the sill plates spray foamed tomorrow. We’ll be filling the cavities down to below grade so that theses areas have at least an R-28 value and no drafty spots where house penetrations

First day of HardiePanel being installed
